TEN PIXELS TALL
Ten Pixels Tall, aka Jeremy Buzek, is a Houston local musician and visual effects artist. He has been performing Chiptune music, music made with retro video game systems, since 2013. In the past two years, he discovered he had an enthusiastic vigor to learn visuals, progressed steadfastly and has performed at White Oak Music Hall, Comicpalooza and other venues all across Texas. His process involves a combination of modern video mixing software and vintage analog mixing hardware to create lo-fi feedback which creates a dizzying, nostalgic and animated feeling for the viewer. He is also a co-founding member of lo-fi music and art netlabel, Lazybit Collective, and has been the resident visualist at the monthly Neon Garden event for half a year now. This year, Ten Pixels Tall will be providing lo-fi stage visuals for Dream Machine with a partial interactive component for patrons of the event, don’t miss your chance to play.
